Processing Time All Softkind orders are handpicked and carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 1-3business days for processing.

Pre-Order Some of our products are available as pre-order. Pre-order items ship within 3-4 weeks of your purchase date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping please contact us at info@softkind.de within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will find a solution together.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
